The Airport is designed to provide the necessary facilities for all our users in accordance with the National Construction Regulations – Architectural Adaptation for Persons with Disabilities and the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). These adaptations can be found in the Airport’s elevators, public telephones, parking bay, sanitary facilities, and access ramps, among others.
If you need a wheelchair, it must be requested through your airline before your travels. We offer wheelchair service for companions and/or passengers before the LLAA opens for check-in. This service must be requested at the information center by filling out a form and leaving an identification document (ID) which will be returned to the user once the wheelchair is returned. We offer preferential boarding and disembarking, as required by the law.
Emergency medical services are available 24 hours a day through the following institutions:
Airport Doctors: An organism attached to the Regional Government of Callao which provides medical services to passengers. It is located at National Arrivals in the first level.
Mobile Cardio: Medical service for emergencies.
