Lost and Found
Our staff safeguards items reported as forgotten within the airport terminal, and after the necessary verification, coordinates their return with their owners in person. As of now, we do not ship items to home addresses.
- Service hours: From 8 AM to 8 PM (Monday to Sunday / including Holidays)
- Office location: 3rd floor, check-in area, to the left of the security checkpoint.

If you have forgotten an item inside the aircraft, we suggest contacting your airline directly. Items that have not been claimed by their owners and exceed 60 business days in storage will be handed over to the relevant authorities.
