OSITRAN
OSITRAN is the Supervisory Agency for Investment in Public Use Transportation Infrastructure. It is a public, decentralized agency under the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, with administrative, functional, technical, economic, and financial autonomy. Its general objective is to regulate, standardize, supervise, and oversee—within its competence—the behavior of markets where service providers operate, as well as the fulfillment of concession contracts, ensuring in an impartial and objective manner the interests of the State, investors, and users.
