Ethics and integrity channel
Ethics
To preserve our culture as a company that operates under ethical principles, LAP manages a compliance system aimed at preventing, detecting, and responding to crimes such as fraud, corruption, money laundering, terrorism financing, and unfair competition.
All this is in accordance with Peruvian law #30424, the Law that regulates the administrative responsibility of legal entities and its regulations.

Integrity Channel
As part of our compliance system, LAP has established an integrity channel (managed by an independent third party) that allows anyone to report unethical acts involving LAP employees and/or other companies. This channel protects the identity of the person reporting the irregularity, maintaining their anonymity if they so choose.
This system should not be used to report the following incidents:
- For passenger claims regarding lost items, check the "Inquiries and claims" section
- Fake passenger documents (passport, COVID-19 vaccination card, ID, etc.): contact immigration
- Passenger drug trafficking: contact the National Police of Peru
