Document Submission Desk
Lima Airport Partners provides access to the Virtual Document Submission Desk – a digital platform that allows you to submit documents from anywhere. You can access it through the following link:
Reception / Service Hours
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Friday: 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
In-person service closes from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
As a user of this platform, you are responsible for the content and registration of the information you submit, as the documentation serves as a sworn statement.
The communication to be registered must meet the following requirements:
- File (PDF) with a maximum size of 30MB. If the file exceeds this size, send it via a download link using Wetransfer, Dropbox, Onedrive, Google Drive, or other services.
- If representing a legal entity, the document must be on letterhead with company details: email, address, phone number, etc.
- Document issuance date.
- To facilitate processing, specify the name of the LAP official or LAP management department.
- Signatory's name.
- Electronic Signature (scanned signature in PDF format) or Digital Signature.
- Attach annexes if specified in your communication.
- The document content must be legible and free of erasures.
- To start the process, you must create an account on the Virtual Document Submission Desk platform, enter your details and those of your company if applicable, and generate an access account.
- Documents submitted outside business hours will be processed the next business day. A receipt confirmation will be sent to the registered email.
